this paper regards the copper electrolyze anode product line under electricity-hydraulic controlling as its researching object and studies the technology on hydraulic malfunction diagnosis thoroughly, it also analyzes integrate the methods of malfunction diagnosis and the malfunction forms of hydraulic components . basing on this knowledge, this paper designs a process surveillance system for hydraulic pump of anode product line 本文以电液控制铜电解阳极生产线为研究对象,具体到生产线液压系统的动力来源??液压泵,对液压故障诊断技术进行了较为深入的研究,对故障诊断的方法、液压泵的故障形式进行了综合分析,在此基础上,设计了阳极生产线生产过程中液压泵的监视系统。
